I can't recommend Urban Optics enough! From the moment I walk in, the staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Thomas takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam and answers my questions with patience and expertise. The office is state-of-the-art, my visits are expeditious, and I always feel at ease. What more could you want from an eye doctor?

I’ve been coming here since I moved to OKC in 2020 because they were closest to where I lived. I’ve moved across the metro and still make the trip because this is the friendliest office ever. I have had a couple scares with my vision in the past and am super confident in the exams and care Dr. Thomas provides. It’s probably my favorite annual medical appointment. Also worth noting that if you’re a contact wearer- they get it done RIGHT!

Dr. Thomas has been my doctor for about three years and has seen my mom and husband too. Very personable and knowledgeable himself, and the rest of the staff are wonderful! Easy to get in, easy to get out. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient for almost two years, and I am so happy I found this practice. Ashley is incredibly friendly and thoroughly explains all of the tests. Dr. Thomas is also incredibly thorough and answers all questions. After establishing myself, I have also moved my step-daughter over to the office for her eye exam and eye glass prescriptions. She has a very complicated eye disease and sees a separate specialist, but Dr. Thomas reviewed all of her history prior to the appointment and made the appointment a joy. I highly recommend this office!

I will keep it simple and say that my experience at Urban Optics was fantastic Dr. Thomas is amazing nd extremely thorough Dr. Thomas explained everything in detail from the eye test to my prescription I wish I would have found him years ago he is super professional and personable, and he takes his time with you as if you are the only patient he will see that day, and his staff is also amazing and friendly and they have a great selection of frames they also answered my five year olds questions lol! Dr. Thomas is the Optometrist my family will be using going forward. so do your self a favor and allow Dr. Thomas and his staff at Urban Optics to give you one of the best experiences with your contact and glasses needs. I am back again in 2025 just wanted to say I still feel the same way about Doctor Thomas and his staff and the excellent work that they do. Thank you again for the great service.

The staff is very helpful very kind very professional. My appointment began on time. The doctor is very efficient, very kind, and patient. He showed me and explained to me symptoms and what was going on using the anatomy charts. He has a very good flow and routine of the eye exam like he’s been doing this for 97 years. But he seems pretty young. Overall, great experience.
