Updated Office Policies
Effective January 1, 2026
To continue providing the highest quality eye care while managing increasing
operational costs, we are updating certain fees and implementing a new policy.
We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our practice.
No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to accommodate all patients promptly. To help us
serve everyone efficiently, appointments missed or canceled with less than 24
hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need. Please contact us as
soon as possible if you need to reschedule—we’re here to help.
Fee Adjustments
We are adjusting prices for:
● Contact lens fitting exams
● Eyeglass frames
● Ophthalmic lenses
● Contact lens materials
These changes reflect rising costs and ensure we maintain exceptional service
and product quality.
Note: Many insurance plans cover exam copays at a fixed rate and may not be
affected by this adjustment. Please check with your provider or our staff for
details on your coverage.
